Warranty Coverage

Every Ewagonpro Ewagon includes a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser.

Warranty Transfer

• Warranty must still be within the 1-year period
• Original purchaser’s name and order number are required

What’s Covered

Frame

• 1-year replacement coverage for manufacturer defects
• Replacement only (labor not included)
• Color/style may vary based on availability

Excludes cosmetic wear, corrosion, impact damage, or modifications.

Battery

• 1-year repair or replacement for defects
• Prorated support available after first year

Excludes misuse, improper charging, or tampering.

Components

• Motor, controller, display, drivetrain, brakes, and wiring
• 1-year manufacturer defect coverage
• Shipping may apply; labor not included

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chains)
• Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
• Accidents, misuse, or extreme riding conditions
• Improper assembly or unauthorized modifications
• Environmental damage (water, debris, chemicals)
• Non-approved accessories or altered serial numbers
